Accomplishments

i'm happy today!!!! accomplished a lot for one day.

got up early this morning because i have a long day ahead with lots of work to do. so, i got up at 8. cuddle a little with rocko, then took my bath, chat a little with my dad (via sms), then off i went. i planned to go to the bank first and make deposits, unfortunately, got pissed off on the road with a cab driver na barumbado. anyhow.... got to the bank and the parking lot was full. so, decided instead to go straight to the designer's shop. as i was driving, i remembered maan. called her up and beeped her immediately, no answer. then, finally, she reply to my message as i was along timog ave. told her i'm coming over to pick her up, go change, don't bother to take a bath. hehehe... there, i picked her up and did exactly as i told her, she did not take a bath. hehehe... anyhow, we saw john abul, my bridal gown designer. he again sketched a gown for me. made arrangements. viola!!! he's now my official bridal gown designer. the gown i previously posted here, he gave it for 25k, 5k and a lot less than the other designers whom i asked for a quotation on the same gown. that made me a really happy bride. john will be calling me sometime on june or july to schedule the measurement-taking, as he is a very busy designer... got a lot of out-of-the-country travel arrangements for the year...

since maan and i haven't had breakfast yet, so off we went to the coffee bean and tea leaf along tomas morato ave. had our usual chicka-chicka, updates on the wedding, updates on the bora trip, updates on our friends, etc. etc. etc.

after having brunch, we headed to the bank, that didn't consumed much of our time.

then we headed straight to print lane's office along aurora ave. met with beth ong. very accomodating and nice lady. we previously exchanged a couple of emails concerning the design that i want for our invitation. they don't have such design though, but she eagerly showed us there invitation samples. having a design in mind, i asked her if they can make a mold/template for my invitation, she immediately coordinated with their office in recto, and she said, yes, they be able to customize me the molding... i was so relieved!!!! she's the 3rd invitation supplier, and was hoping she'll be last. heheheh... anyhow, she discussed about the molding, the printing, the cost, delivery of service, the package inclusions, and other matters concerned. what really suprised me was the cost. she charged only PhP80 per piece for the invitation, since i'll be ordering 200 pieces, and considering they will customize the mold for the border that i want. of course, if i'll be ordering more, there will be an adjustment on the unit cost. for the already available templates, their average unit cost is PhP60-70. not bad, huh? and that made me a happy bride again. i'll be discussing this with my lovey and hope that he gives in to my spell... hehehehe...

drove maan home because she'll needs to be home before 4pm. they'll be going to ilocos with her mom in the late afternoon. thanks sis! you really are my angel!!! *muah*

stopped by the mall on my way home and rewarded myself for the day's accomplishments with a few home accesories. hehehehe... also, bought our mother's day present to arnold's aunt cum mom.

when i got home, unloaded my car's trunk with all that i got from the mall, arranged the plant (the mother's day present) in the vase, and had my car washed at the suking car wash shop. hehehe...

after having the car bath. *wink* went straight home and decided to do a lil home makeover. not bad, though... show some photos when i'm all done... hehehe... a little mystery is good, right? hehehe...

there! now, i have to wait for my lovey to go home tomorrow from their business planning in clark, cast a spell on him and make him do whatever i wish!!! hehehehe... i love you baby! i know i no longer have to do that, cast a spell on you, i.e., because you don't need any spell to take my orders. your helmet is still intact, right? just kidding! luv u! *muah*
